Formed in late 2005, BATTLETRUK has arrived to destroy the fashionable hardcore scene and bring back the danger that sparked the whole scene back in the 80’s.

With members of PC Thug, Negative Reply, 3 Days Later, Boredumb, Miles Away and From the Ruins, the firepower behind this group is ominous and the debut release proves how venomous BATTLETRUK are.

‘Battle of Hope’ was recorded after only 10 jams but is an absolute balltearer. Along with great mates Pillar of Hope, the split was masterfully recorded with Dr Alien Smith @ Begerk studios and has spread the word through out OZ that they are here to fear!

So far the Truk has scorched the stage with Madball, Municipal Waste, Outbreak, Parkway Drive, Miles Away, The Dead Walk, Carpathian, From the Ruins, No Apologies, Stronghold, Jaws, Samsara, Extortion and God So Loved the World.

Battletruk are setting their sights on recording an album late Feb. 2007 and looking to tour the east coast with the traveling Beer Fridge Circus featuring 3 Days Later/Pillar of Hope and Coopers.

The lines are set, the swords are drawn and blood will be shed. The battle has begun.
